General Terms & Conditions
1.1. The terms apply to the legal relationships between the person (hereinafter the Client) and the accommodation service provider Odi Resort Vacation Home (hereinafter Odi Resort) when purchasing services and products in the booking environment at www.odiresort.ee and providing accommodation services.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of services and products through the Odi Resort booking environment are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. A person of at least 18 years of legal capacity may make transactions in the booking environment.
1.4. Odi Resort does not sell alcohol to customers under the age of 18. Odi Resort has the right to ask for an identity document to identify a person’s age and, in the case of a minor, to refuse to fulfill the order.
2.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT established in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. Prices vary according to the selected dates. Booking environment prices and cancellation conditions only apply to orders made through the booking environment on www.odiresort.ee
Terms of Payment
3.1. The entire cost of the selected service must be paid for the service purchased by the Client through the Odi Resort reservation environment. By paying the fee, the Client confirms that they have read and accept all the terms and conditions made available by the service provider through the booking environment.
3.2. Payment of the amount specified in the online booking environment is made as Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments or via PayPal and Apple Pay payment solutions.

Booking and Confirmation
4.1. When booking via the website please enter the your name, phone number, e-mail, address, arrival date and number of nights. Your booking is confirmed when you have received confirmation by e-mail.
Cancellations & Refunds
5.1. Bookings made on the website are subject to cancellation conditions, which may differ from the conditions applicable on intermediary portals (ie Booking.com or Airbnb).
5.2. The Client may cancel the booking up to 14 calendar days before the start of the reservation, in which case the entire amount paid is due for refund.
5.3. If the Client wishes to cancel up to 7 calendar days before the start of the booking, 50% of the paid price is refunded.
5.4. If the Client wishes to cancel less than 7 calendar days before the start of the reservation, only the cleaning fee is refunded.
5.5. The Client can modify the booking dates up to 7 days before the start of the booking. Changes made after the mentioned date are possible only by agreement, and a reservation change fee of 50 euros applies.
5.6. When changing the booked dates, the Client must pay the possible price difference resulting from dates with different nightly prices.
6.1. Personal data provided when placing an order and purchase in the online booking environment are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act and GDPR.
6.2. Odi Resort does not disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except in cases provided by law.
6.3. The security of paying with a bank link is protected by the SSL security protocol, which ensures that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or changed by outsiders. The information accessible by the merchant is limited to the type of card (e.g. Visa or MasterCard) and the last two digits of the card number.
Card data is stored only through a secure SSL connection, and neither the merchant nor third parties have access to the complete data.
Additional Information & Liability
7.1. Arrival and departure. The house is for your use from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
7.2. The Client is required to fill out the registration form (Check-in) required by law, which is sent to the customer’s e-mail. If the registration form is not filled out, Odi Resort has the right not to allow the Client to use the service or to continue using it.
7.3. House rules. The Client undertakes to follow all the instructions sent by Odi Resort, including the conditions stated in the house guide, and confirms that they have familiarized with the guide. Damage caused by non-compliance with the house instructions must be compensated by the Client. Odi Resort has the right to apply a fine of up to 500 euros. Failure to familiarize yourself with the house rules does not relieve you of the obligation to follow it.
7.4. Smoking rules. Odi Resort is a non-smoking vacation home. If the guest violates the smoking ban, Odi Resort has the right to demand compensation from the Client.
7.5. Pets are not allowed in our house without prior written agreement.
7.6. Odi Resort is not intended for mass events. This means that the client cannot organize parties, events or gatherings in the house with more guests than there are accommodations in the house. Including, camping on the property is not allowed without prior agreement. Violation of the mentioned rule is considered a significant breach of the contract, and Odi Resort has the right to cancel the contract immediately and demand the immediate release of possession from the customer and a fine of 500 euros.
7.7. The use of Odi Resort for purposes other than accommodation is not permitted without prior agreement. This includes the use of Odi Resort for filming location, workshops, lectures etc, or making it available to third parties.
8.1. Disputes between the customer and Existential Holiday OÜ arising from the ordering and purchase of services through the booking environment will be resolved through negotiations. Disputes and issues not specified in these terms and conditions are resolved based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
